Definitions

- Owners/Providers: Individuals or companies that own boats or marine vehicles and offer them for rent.
- Customers: Users who book marine activities via Entry SA.
- Marine Operator: Licensed individuals responsible for operating marine vehicles.
Platform Role and Liability Disclaimer
Entry SA only provides a platform for connecting service providers and customers. The platform does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services offered. All services are provided by independent third parties, and Entry SA is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from the services. You agree that Entry SA is not liable for any claims or losses resulting from your use of the platform or the services provided.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or government regulations that prevent the service from being carried out, customers must refer directly to the boat owner or service provider for their refund and cancellation policies. Entry SA will not be liable for refunds or compensation in such cases, as it is not responsible for the execution of the services.
Service Downtime and Data Loss
Entry SA makes no guarantees about the continuous operation of its platform or app. In the event of any disruptions, data loss, or outages affecting the platform, Entry SA is not responsible for any resulting damages, including loss of bookings, data, or access to services. While we will make every effort to restore services as quickly as possible, we do not accept liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by such disruptions. Users acknowledge that the platform may experience technical issues from time to time, and all services are provided on an “as-is” basis.
User Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account. Entry SA will not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information. You must safeguard your account details, and any activity under your account is your responsibility.
Indemnity
By using Entry SA, you agree to indemnify and hold the platform, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or any services booked through it.
Disclaimers
Entry SA is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The platform does not guarantee that the services offered by third parties will meet your expectations. Entry SA disclaims all liability for any issues arising from third-party services, including delays, cancellations, damages, or personal injuries. Users must resolve disputes directly with the service providers.
Modifications to the Terms
Entry SA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes will be resolved in Saudi courts.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Acceptance of the Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using the Entry SA app (“the App”), you, the end user (“User” or “you”), agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA), as well as the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these agreements, you must immediately cease using the App.
2. Grant of License
Entry SA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining an accurate account on the App.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.
- Safeguarding your account information and immediately reporting any unauthorized use.
- Ensuring that all interactions and content shared on the App are lawful, respectful, and do not violate the rights of others.
- Not engaging in any objectionable or abusive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, threats, or the posting of offensive or harmful content.
Prohibited Content and Conduct:
This agreement explicitly states that there is zero tolerance for objectionable content, abusive behavior, harassment, or any actions that violate community standards. Users engaging in such behavior may have their accounts suspended or terminated without notice, and Entry SA reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if necessary.
4. App Content and Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the App, including content, features, and functionality, are owned by Entry SA or its licensors. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the App.
5. Use of Data
Your use of the App is subject to the Privacy Policy, which describes how Entry SA collects, uses, and protects your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.
6. Payment Processing
Entry SA does not process payments within the App directly. All payments are managed by third-party providers, whose terms and policies govern payment transactions. Entry SA is not liable for any issues or misuse of data by these providers. It is your responsibility to review and accept the third-party providers’ terms before completing any transactions.
7. Service Providers and Platform Limitations
The App serves as an intermediary connecting users who wish to rent boats and marine vehicles with service providers. Entry SA does not offer or operate these services directly, nor does it guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of the services provided. You agree that Entry SA is not liable for any issues, disputes, or damages arising from services provided by third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entry SA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s functionality, security, and performance. Entry SA is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
- Data loss, service disruptions, or technical issues affecting the App, including server failures, network issues, or security breaches.
- Any issues related to third-party services, such as payment processing and service quality.
9. User-to-User Communication
The App enables communication only between service providers and renters. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in user-to-user communication through the App. Entry SA reserves the right to monitor and restrict communication to ensure compliance with this policy.
10. Service Interruptions and Technical Limitations
Entry SA does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. Entry SA may need to suspend or restrict the App temporarily or permanently for technical maintenance, updates, or other operational needs. Users agree that Entry SA is not responsible for any inconvenience or losses arising from service interruptions.
11. Amendments to the Agreement
Entry SA reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be posted in the App or notified to users via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated agreement.
12. Termination
Entry SA may terminate your access to the App, without notice, if you violate any terms of this EULA, Terms and Conditions, or Privacy Policy. Upon termination, your rights under this EULA will cease immediately, and you must uninstall the App.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in Saudi courts.
