Entry SA Marketplace and Owner Policy
**Version:** 1.1
**Effective date:** 10 October 2026
This Policy applies to every listing, Owner, Renter, participant, review, message, booking and payment on Entry SA. It supplements the [Terms of Use](terms-of-use.en.md); where a mandatory law or a listing-specific term gives a user greater protection, that protection controls.
1. Listing truth and accountability
Owners are solely responsible for the truth, completeness and legality of their listings. Every listing must accurately state the service, provider, location, dates, duration, capacity, equipment, price, taxes, fees, deposits, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation/refund terms, accessibility, age/health/licence requirements, weather rules, risks and emergency arrangements. Owners must keep information current and immediately correct errors.
Entry SA may require evidence of identity, ownership, insurance, permits, qualifications, safety plans, VAT or commercial registration, and the right to use images and text. A review or verification is an integrity signal, not an endorsement or safety guarantee. Owners and service providers retain ownership of images they own or are authorised to use, but must grant the Platform the licence needed to host, display, adapt, translate, and promote those images on the Platform, the Entry SA website, mobile applications, and related marketing surfaces. Entry SA does not claim ownership of an Owner's or service provider's images. Entry SA's own logos, trademarks, app and website imagery, designs, and other branded materials remain Entry SA property or licensed materials.
2. Regulated and safety-sensitive activities
An Owner must not publish or accept a booking without all approvals required in Saudi Arabia and the relevant location. Marine trips, vessels, diving, water sports, transport, accommodation, food, health, tourism, events, children’s activities, equipment rental and activities involving animals or hazardous conditions may require additional licences, inspections, trained staff, insurance, safety briefings, consent forms, passenger limits, weather monitoring and emergency procedures. The Owner must identify and maintain those requirements and stop an activity when it is unsafe or unlawful.
3. Content and prohibited listings
The following are prohibited or subject to removal: illegal or unlicensed activity; counterfeit or stolen property; weapons, drugs, controlled goods or dangerous materials; sexual exploitation; exploitation or endangerment of children; discrimination or hate; misleading prices or fake scarcity; fake, paid or retaliatory reviews; undisclosed hidden fees; unsafe vessels, vehicles, equipment or venues; content that infringes rights; collection or publication of another person's personal data without authority; and any activity Entry SA or a competent authority identifies as unlawful or unsafe.
4. Booking performance
Owners must honour confirmed bookings, communicate promptly, provide the described service, maintain stated capacity and equipment, issue required invoices, follow the displayed cancellation policy, and promptly report an inability to perform. Owners must not substitute a materially different service, add undisclosed charges, move a booking off-platform, or require a Renter to waive a mandatory right.
If an Owner or service provider publishes or configures an inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading service configuration and a Renter completes a booking or payment based on it, the Owner or service provider must honour the confirmed booking at the displayed terms, including the displayed price, scope, capacity, schedule, inclusions, and requirements, unless performance would be unlawful or unsafe. The Owner or service provider is responsible for correcting the configuration and for any lawful refund, alternative service, remediation, or other obligation caused by the error. Entry SA is not liable for losses caused by that provider configuration error, except to the extent caused by Entry SA's own breach of a non-excludable legal duty or other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
If an Owner cancels, materially misdescribes a service, cannot provide it, or creates a safety risk, Entry SA may cancel the booking, facilitate a refund or alternative remedy, restrict the listing, withhold or reverse settlement where lawfully permitted, and refer the matter to a competent authority. The Owner remains responsible for losses or obligations imposed by law or the contract with the Renter.
5. Renter conduct and safety
Renters must provide accurate participant information, follow lawful instructions, disclose relevant limitations where required for safety, use property responsibly, respect the venue and community, and report incidents. A Renter must not pressure an Owner to breach safety rules, bring undisclosed participants, misuse equipment, or make an off-platform payment to evade the Platform.
6. Reviews and messaging
Reviews and messages must be truthful, relevant, respectful and free of threats, extortion, discrimination, personal attacks, private data, spam, malware and off-platform payment requests. Entry SA may moderate, restrict or disclose communications to protect users, investigate fraud, resolve disputes or comply with law. We do not guarantee that every review or message is accurate or complete.
7. Reporting and enforcement
Use the in-product report function or contact support@entrysa.com with the listing or booking ID, evidence and immediate safety details. We may request information, pause visibility or booking, remove content, suspend or permanently ban an account, cancel a booking, cooperate with authorities, or retain records as required for safety, law or dispute resolution. We may verify VAT registration, pricing, invoices, service configuration, and booking records. If we reasonably suspect falsified information, deceptive changes to VAT registration data, or an attempt to scam or defraud users, we may restrict affected bookings, hold or reverse settlement where lawfully permitted, preserve evidence, and report the conduct to competent authorities. We aim to act consistently and proportionately, but urgent safety or legal matters may require immediate action.
8. No transfer of provider responsibility
This Policy does not make Entry SA the provider, employer, insurer, safety supervisor or guarantor of an Owner's service. Owners must independently assess and manage their activity, participants, staff, property, permits, insurance, taxes, refunds and legal obligations. Entry SA's review tools and support do not replace that responsibility.
9. Policy changes
We may update this Policy by publishing a numbered new version; where applicable law permits, publication alone is sufficient and no individual notice is required, but we will give every notice or obtain every consent that the law requires. The version displayed at booking remains available for that booking unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
This Policy should be reviewed by Saudi-qualified counsel together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, actual payment flows, insurance arrangements and each regulated activity before publication.
This is a production-ready draft for review, not legal advice. Complete the entity details and obtain Saudi counsel approval before publication.
